Attorney with Corporate Transactional Experience Needed  

Prestigious DC law firm needs ONE contract attorney for long-term project in downtown DC. Must be DC barred or pending. At least 3 years of corporate transactional experience required (M&A and due diligence experience a plus). Regulatory experience (especially in education or healthcare) strongly preferred. Those already signed up with us will be given first preference as we do not have a lot of time to vet new candidates. But we will consider ideal candidates.
